yesterday I was super stressed!
at first, my handphone couldn't work.. so phey yee lent me her phone.
i put my difficult sim card in and YES it worked!!
I got my melbourne line messages..
but there wasn't a dual sim card function
okay
the problem next was getting out the card!
it's metallic, so was super difficult.
in the end, kelvin yanked it out but without the cover! oh my.
was so worried it was spoilt or something.
I went to melissa's house and used her tweezers to try getting it out.
after much desperation, i got it out!!
next, i had to do emmanuel's card.. and i was contactless - couldn't put back my sim card.
because i knew it wouldn't work and also, it'll take a long time to take it out again.
i took a shot and went zk's place.
hope he's at home..
thank god he was!!
whee.. borrowed his phone and yup, managed to get some messages out of my singapore line.
they only gave me the card on friday late night..
so got mabel's signature on saturday, andrew could only give me on monday. yesterday.
actually, he agreed to help me make the envelope, and bring glue, scissors etc. BUT interestingly, he didn't. if i was in a bad mood, i'd have been really really pissed. he really doesn't like me anymore man.. which is a good thing of course. but, i'm just feeling so.. argh. can't stand people like him sometimes. he actually said he'll make for me, on saturday. then sunday i reminded him and he said OH i forgot. and yeah that's it. he forgot and yeah too bad meaning. okay.. then he said we can do it on monday. WE can do it on monday. so yes. whatever. okay. he bring the paper, and then WE SETTLED that he bring the GLUE and scissors. and i remembered confirming with him "you're going to school on monday right?" and he said "er DUH..." OKAY so much for DUH. he didn't go for first lecture on monday. !@#$%^ and then when he DID come, he came just a while before the 2nd lecture. and also didn't even MAKE THE EFFORT to let me know he had arrived. like what the?? when I DID find him, he gave me the paper and said HE FORGOT THE GLUE. okay? what the fuck. you know the feeling? HELLO? i made him really remember to bring.. i told him to put it in his bag straightaway and like this? when i kept reminding him, he said "LOL" so i figured that was like "yeah yeah ok i will remember.." and to make matters worse, i said "okay, got no time now.. so probably can do after 2nd lecture" and you know what he said? "oh i can't, got church friend coming over.. ha ha" OMG. I was like... dots. "ha ha also?" what an irresponsible guy. selfish. biang eh! he didn't even feel apologetic or sorry or anything. is he doing all these to me on purpose? roreal.
SIGH. whatever.
i can do it myself! who needs him. actually i didn't feel that bad then, was trying hard to relax and take things easily.. although these feelings were in me,. but i had no time to waste on feeling pissed off with this kind of person then. i had so many things to plan and they MUST all work out!
i did the envelope myself.. tried hard to make it presentable.
my first time and i had no idea how to, but i had to..
finally, i left arrows, with scissors, glue, glitter, pens, thumbdrive, camera memory card etc.
i was praying so hard man.
on sunday, i went to officeworks but the machine couldn't read my thumbdrive.
the one at harvey norman also couldn't..
i went back to arrows, saved the files onto another thumbdrive and came down to try again and it still couldn't work!! okay.. i went to the one along swanston street.. and it wasn't in use. okay..
so on monday, i desperately NEEDED to get the photo.
i saved on both thumbdrives,
and also managed to transfer the photos into my camera memory card!
i really had to get them la.
went to officeworks.. prayed so hard for my photos to work.. and THANK GOD! the first thumbdrive could read the photos!! ahh.
but the ladies in front of me had like 80+ photos to print!
omg, and also, i had to go to melbourne central to pass wilcent/bryan/aaron my melbourne central card! argh.. they wanted to buy tickets for spiderman on friday night. luckily the lady at officeworks was SO nice. thank god man. she's like sent from heaven or something haha. on sunday i saw 2 ladies at the counter and they were both horrible! cant be bothered and all. this one was willing to talk to me and even gladly agreed to help me collect my photos after it came out! while i rushed to melbourne central. then i went to QV, postshop not open! but luckily newsagent was. =) i prayed so hard for them to have stamps man.. last time they ran out. praise the lord, they had.
when i got back to officeworks, it was like 5:30pm.. okay HURRY UP.
i used the table at office works, and finished up the card!
made some impromptu things and yeah, looks good. =) glue just happened to finish then so i had to use glitter.. haiz.
it always rain, like a minute before i reach the post box. luckily just a drizzle. and i didn't get sick or anything =) yay. dropped it in at 6pm on the dot.
i stood there for a while actually, ironically AFTER i dropped it in. was considering whether red or yellow box. although i always posted in the red one, i just felt worried yesterday if it was wrong.. lol. but anyway, should be correct la. hope he'll get it on time. hope andris will be able to pass gab soon!
