today nothing much to talk
but anyway, yeah not feeling all that healthy. blocked nose, sigh. i'm going to sleep early, today i was so so sleepy! not good rachel. i think i could have fallen asleep waiting for the doctor at ivanhoe clinic man, or even in the doctor's room. he's such a boring guy, sighing all the time.. stuttering.. repeating himself, seems pissed but then out of nowhere either start smiling or laughing. seems quite fake la. but anyway.
made new friends with a couple. the lady said i looked like her adopted grand daughter! she's korean, her grand daughter. i looked at the photo and yeah indeed, she does a little. it's so cool seeing the couple, having great-grand children already and still so happy together.. really great.
"do you drive?"
"yeah! she drives too."
(wife shakes head!)
"she drives me up the wall"
LOL.
its great that such elderly people still have that sense of humour..
really envy them.
there were quite a number of patients, more than the children's hospital. all kinds of them, strange problems included. one said his head feels like it's going to explode soon! his right ear is hotter than the left ear.. another one was really strange. he's 65 and no sickness at all. his family made him come though.. as a routine regular checkup thing. he's quite pompous, healthy for his age, plays sports often apparently. after the doctor told him to take off his shirt and shoes, he went out. in the meanwhile, he was taking such a long time to take off his shoes, untying the shoelaces slowly.. and when he was taking out his shirt, unbuttoning.. he looked at me and said "must be hard for you eh" errr what does he mean??? siao K.O. anyway, i just think he's pretty scary.
was actually supposed to follow dr stephen smith. but then he's on leave today. and then, was linked to another lady doctor. but then she happened to not be taking afternoon patients! so.... i only started "work" at 4pm, stayed there till 6pm though. supposed to be 230-430. funny la, the last time dr mimi tang also wasnt taking morning patients.. aiyah, all scared of me.
i'll go sleep now. goodnight!
